If you need to make a change to a confirmed order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours from receipt of your order confirmation email.

UPS International shipping rates are determined by speed weight, items you are purchasing and the destination country. Please note: No additional duties will be applied, to your order upon checkout. Refer to your country's local customs authority website for the latest updates on Value Added Tax (VAT) rates, customs tariffs, and other costs. REGINA BARRETT LLC does not hold responsibility for fees that are subjected by international authorities.

Our number one priority is to make sure YOU are 100% happy with your purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we can exchange your purchase for store credit only in the full amount of your purchase within 30 days of receiving your product. Full refunds are available only on products that are damaged or that do not meet the manufactoring guarantee, any package received back to us that does not meet the requirements mentioned above will be sent back to the customer without a refund.
